30-day return period
Contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your purchase to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and other contamination, in their original condition and original packaging.

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Obtain authorization and return instructions before sending your item. The return address is Xanadune, 4 Allée Des Jonquilles, 62840 Laventie, France. Returns are sent to France.
Return shipping costs
If we made an error, or an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, Xanadune pays the return shipping cost. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping cost to France. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. Photos may help us understand the problem. Ordinary change-of-mind conditions do not automatically exclude an item because you opened its packaging as necessary to inspect a defect, damage or incorrect delivery.
Refunds
After your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help following up on an approved refund.
