Our store
These terms apply to your use of xanadune.shop and purchases from Xanadune, 4 Allée Des Jonquilles, 62840 Laventie, France. For assistance, contact [email protected].
Products and prices
Prices are displayed in US dollars. Product pages describe the materials, dimensions, available options and included components. Images show the selected product configuration; screen settings may affect the appearance of colors. Review your selected options and order details before submitting payment.
Payment authorization
When you submit a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the charge for the total presented at checkout using your chosen payment method. The total includes the displayed product subtotal, shipping and taxes. A payment attempt alone does not establish that payment was completed.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when Xanadune confirms acceptance. A checkout submission or payment authorization alone is not confirmation of acceptance. Contact us if you have questions about an order or payment.
Order fulfillment and shipping
Accepted orders are prepared and delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Our only shipping method is free standard shipping to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Handling and transit estimates are separate and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy provides a 30-calendar-day return period from receipt, the conditions for ordinary returns and the process for damaged, defective or incorrect items. It also explains responsibility for return costs and refunds to the original payment method.
Using the products
Follow each product’s use and care instructions. Cleaning tools are not toys. Supervise pets during use, use gentle pressure, and stop if your pet shows discomfort. Test fabric tools on a hidden area before use.
Your rights and contact
These terms do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. For product, payment, order or return questions, contact [email protected].
